That means we identified the opportunity, sent an analysis to a Prime Contractor, wrote the proposal, provided a project estimate review, and performed in various key personnel positions, including Project Manager, Safety Coordinator, Quality Control Manager, Environmental Manager, Scheduler, Specifier, etc. for the Prime Contractor.
