T.H. Stone Memorial St Joseph Peninsula State Park

On this project we performed as a second-tier subcontractor for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. The entire site was located within a federally protected area.

Scope of work included all building elements and trades of 2 new-construction Ranger Residences, including concrete pilings, building, finishes, appliances, and all turn-key services. SOW also included renovation of Beach Access Restrooms that were damaged by Hurricane Michael.

Work was completed successfully, and within schedule and budget.
