We develop winning technical volumes, then step into key field leadership roles for primes on NAVFAC, USACE, U.S. Air Force, USDA Forest Service, and National Park Service projects.
Jerry brings more than 36 years of progressive construction leadership and has developed or led the technical volumes for 299 federal proposals in the last six years. He routinely serves in the roles of Project Manager, Quality Control Manager, Site Safety and Health Officer, Environmental Manager, Scheduler, and Specifier.
His field experience was forged over two decades of high-stakes work in austere and hostile environments — LOGCAP III projects in Afghanistan and Iraq, Camp Lemonnier in Djibouti, the Ronald Reagan Ballistic Missile Defense Test Site on Kwajalein Atoll, construction support in Mogadishu, South Sudan, Liberia, and Chad. Those years taught the same lessons that matter on every federal task order today: clear communication, disciplined planning, relentless follow-through, and the ability to keep work moving under pressure while protecting people and the mission.
Today that same standard is applied to elevator modernizations, bridge replacements, boiler systems, lightning protection upgrades, design-build facilities, and emergency relief projects across the United States.
